What you need:
- ~2lbs x haddock fillets
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp Drunken Sailor Seafood Spice
- 2 tbsp oil
What to do:
- pat dry fish
- mix flour & Drunken Sailor together
- coat both sides of fish
- use heavy skillet, add oil, to med/high heat
- add seasoned haddock
- cook 2 min on each side
- Chop to desired chunks
- garnish with a squeeze of lemon
