What you need:
- 2lb salmon filet
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2-3 chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup plain green yogurt
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3-4 tsp Drunken Sailor Seafood Spice
What to do:
- Roast salmon (400°) 12 min and flake in to bowl
- Add bread crumbs, green onion, parsley, yogurt, mustard, egg, lemon juice and salt/pepper
- Add Drunken Sailor Seafood Spice and lightly mix together
- form in to balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake 400° for 15 - 20 min until golden brown
