Donair Meatballs

Another simple Drunken Sailor recipe that goes over incredibly well as an appetizer for dinner parties or a great snack for Sunday Football.

  • Take 1 pound of medium ground beef
  • Mix in 2 TBSP of Drunken Sailor Donair Spice
  • Mix well, with your hands, to break down the fats in the meat. This makes it take better.
  • Form the meat into small 1.5" sized balls and fry on low-medium in a saucepan. The sauce pan ensures a nice golden brown outside while keeping the meat juicy and flavourful on the inside.
