Donair Meatballs

Another simple Drunken Sailor recipe that goes over incredibly well as an appetizer for dinner parties or a great snack for Sunday Football.

Take 1 pound of medium ground beef and mix in 2 tsbp of Drunken Sailor Donair Spice. Mix well, with your hands, to break down the fats in the meat. This makes it take better. Form the meat into small 1.5" sized balls and fry on low-medium in a saucepan. The sauce pan ensures a nice golden brown outside while keeping the meat juicy and flavourful on the inside.
