Donair Loose

How to make loose donair meat using Drunken Sailor Donair Spice.

  • Crispy Meat (how the Sailor does it)
  • Loose fry 1 pound of meat in a frying pan
  • Stir 2-3 tbsp (depending on your flavour preference) of Drunken Sailor Donair Spice into 2 tbsp of water
  • Pour mixture into the frying pan with the meat
  • Continue to cook until meat is crispy
  • Apply directly to pita with diced tomato, onion and the signature Drunken Sailor Donair Sauce
